English Muffin Squares

This recipe is for a bread machine.

English Muffin Squares
3 1/4 cups water
6 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
3 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoon salt
1/4 heaping teaspoon baking soda
6 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add above ingredients in the order given to bread machine pan. Run the dough cycle according to manufacturers directions. Grease a jelly roll pan and press dough evenly to edges. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool and cut the bread into desired size for individual english muffin squares. Toast and enjoy!
