This may look like pizzeria pizza, but it's not. The "crust" is actually made with cooked spaghetti noodles.

Spaghetti Pizza
6 servings uncooked spaghetti *see below for how to measure spaghetti
2 eggs
3 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces pepperoni

Break spaghetti into 2 inch pieces and cook according to package directions; drain. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, eggs, and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Spread evenly into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven down to 350 degrees F. Spread spaghetti sauce over baked noodle mixture. Sprinkle with 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil. Top with pepperoni. Bake for 30 minutes more. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

spaghetti measuring tool
*I use a tool that measures out the spaghetti by servings. An easy way to measure out the dry spaghetti is to make a circle with your thumb and index finger that about 1 inch in diameter, this would be equal to 2 servings.
