I don't like to make individual biscuits all the time so I got the idea to make one big biscuit and cut it into wedges. It's so easy to put the biscuit dough on the baking sheet and shape it into one large circle.

Cheddar Biscuit Wedges
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons margarine, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk

Topping
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder together in a bowl. Add margarine to bowl; mix in with fingers until cubes are the size of peas. Add cheese and milk; mix until just combined. Place the dough onto a baking sheet and shape into a circle with dough about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the biscuit is lightly browned on top. Combine margarine, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush topping mixture evenly over fully baked biscuit and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
