 Cheeseburger Pizza
Dough:
1 cup milk
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
6 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoon dry active yeast

Topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 pound ground beef, browned with salt and pepper to taste
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, diced

Place dough ingredients in a bread machine in the order given. Follow the manufacturers instructions for the dough cycle.

Press dough to the edges in a greased jelly roll pan. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and mustard. Spread over dough to within 1 inch of edges. Top with ground beef, onion, cheese and pickles. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce and tomato before serving.

The picture above doesn't have the lettuce or tomato because I didn't have any at that time. It is good with or without the lettuce and tomato.
