RECIPES Homemade Maple Syrup


This recipe is from the back of the Crescent Mapleine Box

For Thick Syrup
2 tbsp water
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c corn syrup
1/2 tsp Mapleine * my notes: I use 1 tsp

Boil 2 minutes. * my notes: if you don't think it's boiling it's not and it won't turn out. You want a good rolling boil. 
Thickens as it cools. 
Makes 1 pint.
